Service Description

Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation techniques (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body & a clear, peaceful mind. The postures strengthen and stretch the body, promoting balance and flexibility.
